At HD Protech innovation and doing things differently is part of our DNA. Customer feedback also plays a critical role in
shaping our products. We listen to our customers and we listen to what the industry as a whole has to say. If it is
something that is important to our customers than it is important to us and we work hard to ensure that requests and
suggestions find their way into our product path in a timely fashion.
As with all additions and enhancements to our product line, customers on our product maintenance program receive all the product updates automatically. HD Protech does not believe that customers should be forced into annual maintenance programs to use a product. If you are happy with the features and functionality of the current product install feel free to opt out of the annual maintenance program. Maintenance is included for the first year, but customers who opt out of the annual maintenance program can purchase updates at their convenience if they feel the enhancements are a benefit. |
